This is a collection of the underwater adventures! Especially when we are in the Channel Islands we try and get in the water as often as possible. When the conditions are good it is so fun to dive and say hi to all the crazy sea creatures.
We get a excited when we see Calico Bass and Sheeps Head. They are favorite fish for spear fishing. The Sheeps Head is called “Poor mans lobster” for a reason. It is so good to fry it up with a little olive oil and serve as fish tacos with lime.
